• Comprehensive training in the 835 Healthcare Claim Payment/Advice.
• This seminar will provide a basic knowledge of the ASC X12 syntax, transaction structures, error control and the difference between the ASC X12 standards and ASC X12N transaction implementation guides.¹
• Days one and two will be analysis and day three will be hands-on mapping.
• Attendees representing payers will learn implementation challenges and necessary changes to existing electronic remittance systems.
• Provider attendees will receive a detailed look at the standard remittance content and automatic processing potential offered by the 835.
• Changes since prior WEDI and ASC X12 implementation guidelines.
• All attendees will create a sample 835 to illustrate the use of the transaction.
