Registration Information Note:
Registrations accepted up to one week of the seminar. Payment is required prior to the seminar. On-site registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Call DISA to confirm space availability. For those eligable for the "multiple seminar discount", please phone, fax, or mail your registration at this time.  Hotel, site, and travel information will be sent to you with your registration confirmation. No refunds for cancellations; substitutions must be received in writing at DISA's office. Registration is transferable and a credit may be applied to a future conference or seminar within six months of the original seminar date. No refunds for transportation if seminar is canceled.

How Do I Register?

1. At the bottom of this paragraph, click the "Register Online Now" button.
2. Complete all the form fields as they appear.
3. Save your receipt, either by printing it, or choosing 'File', 'Save-as' in your browser.
4. Your registration will take approximately 1 week to be processed.
